Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, the highs, the lows and everything in between. I moved to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. old I would not be here sharing my life to you, if not for my parents love determination and dedication. So that they could give their children the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to get there. I had a plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. The life I had thought I would have did not turn out to be. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my work didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move towards my new life path I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help people. In 2014, I launched my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. In the field of coaching it is not a lot of Asian females. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother died just as my career took off. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. It is possible to learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to recognize it right now. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. The day she died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create with a fresh start. To me, it was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My experiences are shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
